上海瓦锡兰齐耀柴油机有限公司成立于 2005 年 8 月 3 日，是芬兰瓦锡兰技术有限公司与中国船舶重工集团公司第七一一研究所共同出资组建的合资企业，地处上海浦东新区临港新城，专业从事国际先进的中高端柴油机、双燃料发动机、发电机组的生产，产品主要供应给生产大型货轮、客轮、豪华游艇的国内外造船企业。

公司自2006年开业以来，是中国唯一一家能够在本土专业生产瓦锡兰16、20、26系列高端船用中速柴油机、发电机组的公司。公司拥有世界一流的发动机装配、测试精益生产线，自成立以来，已成功交付超过1500台套结构紧凑、性能优良、运行可靠的船用中速柴油机、双燃料发动机、发电机组产品，保持着全球顶级的质量水平，业内信誉卓著。累计实现营业收入30亿元。

Wartsila Qiyao Diesel Company Ltd. (Shanghai) was established on August 3rd, 2005. It’s a joint venture by SMDERI of China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation and Finland Wartsila company, located in Lin-gang Area, Pudong New district, Shanghai. The company specializes in producing internationally advanced mid and high-end diesel engines, dual-fuel engines and generating sets which mainly apply in large scale freighters, liners, luxury cruise ships and the main target client is the shipbuilding enterprises at home and abroad.

Since the opening of the company in 2006, Wartsila Qiyao is the only local professional manufacturer for high-end medium-speed diesel engines and generating sets, including Wartsila 16, Wartsila 20 & Wartsila 26 engines. The company has the first-class production line for engine assembly and testing. Up to now, it has delivered over 1500 sets of medium-speed diesel engines, dual-fuel engines and generating sets with compact structure, stable performance and high reliability.
