项目经理 Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:
1.Safeguard that the project related works are executed according to contract specifications and design directives. To plan the works with the total costs and customer needs in focus.
2.Prepare and provide the Customer with project specific documentation (e.g. IPI, project schedules etc.
3.Generate Purchase Order Requests, Service Notifications, IOS etc.
4.Establish and maintain Customer contacts during project execution. Participate in customer negotiations when needed
5.Provide technical support at the pre-project stage prior signing Contract (project focused) and participate as specified in the sales process
6.Participate in the process of preparing the Contract for execution.
7.Manage and participate in activities specified in CWEC process with close co-operation with relative colleagues and establish project plan(s) with all relevant parts
8.Make the Project Budget and review/secure payments and receivables.
9.Evaluate, report and mitigate risks foreseen in the contracted projects.
10.Lead and coach all team members of the project specific organization.
11.Keep track of overall co-ordination.
12.Communicate openly the feedback to the responsible parties to develop the processes and products.
13.To follow-up progress, costs and documentation and quality of own specific projects according to contractual obligations.

15.Participate in development of tools and processes needed for project execution
16.Other tasks assigned by the Supervisor

Qualifications:
1.University Degree in Engineering
2.Wartsila or at least five year relevant working experience in Marine Industry
3.Fluent in English and Chinese
4.Strong Team Leadership and negotiation Skills
